HelpDesk Summer Hours

Dear Clients,

As an added value to our Support Clients, TrustPoint Technologies is extending its HelpDesk hours. We will now be available at 7:00am Monday through Friday. We realize that during the summer many of our Clients are getting into the office earlier. As stated previously, it is our intent to increase the level of communication and services with and for our Clients. Since we launched our own Data Center based Email Protection and Network Health Monitoring Services, we have already seen positive results. Better and more accurate information has allowed us to respond faster and thereby increase the level of protection, thus decreasing network downtime. Remember, our HelpDesk will now be available to you starting at 7:00am., and as always, you still have full access to the online HelpDesk 24 hours a day 7 days a week. QIN, Inc to TrustPoint Technologies

Dear Clients,

As you may know, earlier this year Q Integrated Networks, Inc (QIN) started the process of changing its name to TrustPoint Technologies LLC. The name change is an important part of our plans for growth in general, and new product development and branding in particular. As we move further into 2008, it is our intent to increase the level of communication between our staff and our Clients. While we fully understand that most people get too many emails in general, we feel that periodic short emails with pertinent information are useful.
Also, we are happy to announce that we have launched our own Data Center based Anti-Spam & Anti-Virus Email Protection Service as well as a Network Health Monitoring Service. Both are in-place, fully operational and will allow us to increase the level of protection and uptime of our Client Networks.
As our new website is in development, you may continue to use http://www.qin.com/. Once http://www.trustpointtech.com/is available you will automatically be forwarded to it. Also, please note that during and after the transition to trustpointtech.com email addresses, all qin.com email addresses will remain functional as well.
Your assistance in updating your records and passing along this information to your staff will be greatly appreciated.
